WIld Power Bug?

I have a Thane who has WP 6/7.. And when I delve the info on WP, it says its giving me 0%, instead of the listed amount at my trainer. Is this just a delve bug, or an actual bug? I tried testing my damage on one of the dummy's in NF, and I crit once, out of maybe 20 casts.

Please help.

Any other Thanes around that can or cannot confirm this is a bug for us?
