Invader Seals Building Up

I am getting large piles of these on multiple characters - I have been looking everywhere but cannot find the NPC who takes them. I also can't seem to get rid of them - my inventory is short on space,

is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Thanks as always.

- I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept clown-world so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.

    They should be deleting, will get it checked as to why they're not! In the meantime, you can appeal and ask CS to remove them for you :)
