Remove Loyal Cloak leveling restrictions

Now that you can buy your way to 10, doesn’t make sense to have the leveling restrictions. Or at least add more locations where you can level them.
Da ant family - 1801, 1802, 1805, 1809 - Da fly family - 4501, 4502, 4503, 4509 - Da spider family - 442, 444, 445, 447

    Ya know what would be cool is if we can use 1 or the other of the abilities without resetting the timer
