Bountycrafting recipes missing?

This is on both of my accounts. I drag bountycrafting to my quickbar and click on it. It should open a window with recipes correct? For me it does not. The window says Bountycraft (1) and nothing else. This is on all realms, classes. levels. Is there someplace specific I have to be to see them or a quest that needs to be completed?

    your problem could be UI related, are you using a custom user interface? try using the standard UI.
