Reactive Mending Tincture

I've seen this in housing. I've been asked to make it. My Alchemist is over 1120. I don't see it anywhere in my recipes. What am I missing? Is this something I can make?

    Hi :)
    This is something that you get in Galladoria which is the SI dungeon. It isn't something you make as an alchemist. You need Galladoria roots and you can purchase the Tincture from the Galladoria Merchant. :)

    Thank you so much. I was so lost. It looks like an alchemy item. I suppose it's something that has to be applied by an alchemist though.

    Yes. An alchemist is still part of the picture to imbue the potion to armor :) The good news is that you usually don't blow up as an Alchemist.
