item search bugged?

if i try to select anything in the item search and i click on apply filter it makes a random search (whatever filter i apply) and reset any filter, til 2 days ago it was fine now it seem broken, is it me or it needs a fix for some reason?

    the filters that doesnt work are
    1. bonus level
    2. advanced filters
    3. category
