Are PVE deaths in Labby considered PvP deaths?

So I was in Mid near Glen hoping Hibs were defending Glen when Runningscissors and his buddies showed up. To avoid them, I jumped into the Labby entrance by mid maze. After a while i got bored and suicided out to some mobs. I released and noticed I had no Con loss and had suffered a PvP death.

It had been a very long time since I spent time in the Labby, but is any death in the Labby considered a PvP death?

I died a few days ago in laby was doing a little farming with one of my chars I did get normal PVE death with con loss.

If you die to any mob that is considered a realm guard it will count as a pvp death. Such a death may not even show up in your /stats for the session, but even so it'll be added to your characters overall death count.

Thanks for the feedback. It was not a realm guard, but it was an OJ mob not too far from the Graoch realm guards, so that was likely it.
