Can only log in with quick select characters

Can not switch to different ywains and chose characters to log in. When I make it to the character page and select the character to log in the game crashes only lets me log in with the characters that are listed in my quick select options.

    Still can only log into game by using quick select characters. After logging in I can log in other toons from character select screen. I am limited to playing toons on 1 ywain on both accounts now. can I get a 90% refund since I can only access 1 server now????
