Necromancer and item charges

What item charges currently have issues with Necro?

I think boons don't function. Is this both boons? Ow/SoK & dream conqueror

Does this apply to all 3 forms?

How about PD & AoM charges?

    ok, had to do testing myself, cause well, people dont provide helpful info on these boards only complain.

    anyway..

    Boons do not work, AoM does not work, PD does.

    This is for PW spec.

    Unsure of the other forms, but I think they still work while in those forms.

    I also wanted to ask...

    Does the spell pierce on the loyal cloak stack with 10% from items ?
