    You would get followers but you'd have to run longer than a few weeks and with some sort of consistency. The current US zergs didn't get to be the size they are in a short period of time. If you don't have the patience to commit to months of a consistent schedule then you may just be wasting your time because I wouldn't think you'd be able to build up your numbers.
