Account Recovery

Hello,

I successfully logged into my old DAoC account and accessed the account management portal. While there, I selected the option to change my password, and the process seemed to complete without issue.

However, when I try to log into the game client, it doesn’t accept the new password. I’ve already sent an email to the support team but haven’t received a response yet.

I’d really appreciate any help in resolving this so I can get back to playing.

    I am writing here to complain about the fact that on Tuesday I sent an email to support about a recovery of a couple of accounts. They responded right away telling me that they found the accounts and that I needed to provide the email. I immediately replied to the email, but they have not responded since that day. I re-sent another email yesterday.
    (I sent the email through gmail, no microsoft)
