Game code can not apply

I entered a game code, and it errored saying it could not be applied to any of my accounts. Fresh code directly from EA.

Did you make sure you entered the code that was sent via email? If yes and you still are experiencing troubles, please contact our Account Support Team so that they can assist you. You can reach them via email at support@darkageofcamelot.com. Please make sure to include a brief description of the issue, your account name and the safe word.

Important: Unfortunately, we are still experiencing difficulties in receiving emails from, and sending to any Microsoft operated email address. This includes services such as Hotmail, MSN or live.com. Please do not use one of their email addresses to contact the Account Support Team, as chances are high the email might not reach them. Gmail and Yahoo usually work fine. If your account is registered to a Microsoft operated email, please use a different email address to contact the Account Support Team, and make sure to mention the email address that the account is registered to in your text.
