Reporting Code of Conduct Violation

How do I file a code of conduct violation? I was in a group this evening with someone who started spewing racist crap. I have a screenshot of it and want to send it to someone who can do something about it.

    Type /appeal and follow it with the details and hit enter. You will be prompted as to what type of appeal and I believe Code of Conduct is one of the options.
