Bug: Hunter critical shot does not work

every time I try to use "Critical Shot" i get a message "you must equip a bow to use this shot!"

all other bow styles work. Seems it is broke.

    It isnt broken!
    You must stay in stealth to use Crit shot!
    If you not in stealth, you got the message you wrote!
