Realm Rank Issue - toon was RR5 now rr2L5??

I recovered my Bonedancer from the EU servers, when last played he was realm rank 5, since being recovered he is rr2L5...

What can be done about this?

Realm Ranks don't change by themselves, so it is rather unlikely that something went wrong here. Did you maybe mix it up with a different character? In any case, this is something that can only be investigated by the Customer Support Team, and since you already opened an appeal and received an email response, nothing else can be done here. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news!
