Hello.
I have sent an email days ago trying to get access to my old account. So far no answer. I have sent likely email address, my own address, CD keys, some screens about different game periods and more.
I really want to come back in play with my friends!!! Help pls! I played this game for many years and i'll not start a new charatter...

    Sometimes the email replies from support end up in the spam folder, did you check there? If nothing is there, please send the email again and put this email in cc: support@broadsword.com If you have access to an email address by a different provider, please use this alternative email to send out the mails. From experience, gmail usually works great!
