Infernal sleeves bug

Hi all, only me have problems with health regen on infernal sleeves (leather)? It doesn't work! I've try jumpin down, no effect, but with greater mythirian I have huge effect in health regen...
Any other pov?

your health regen cap is 50, so if you already have a greater mythirian you won't get anything additional from equipping sleeves.

No haven't, I running freezing, but instead to use my 40 healing bonus by tp, I have to switch greater mythirian to rec health
