Relic change idea
Probably not going to happen BUT just an idea for discussion if anyone at BS reads this. It would be fairly simple to do. You would just need to give defenders and attackers buffs when in a relic keep. These would not apply for a normal keep. Only if a relic was present. Here we go...
Buff: Relic Fervor (given to those with in keeps radius)
-(this buff is for enemy players taking a relic from a keep that has their relic or another realm(s),example Glenlock Faste , hibs taking alb relic or their own back)-
1-20 players - 100k rps and 50k bps for successful relic take from keep.
21-30 players - 50k rps and 25k bps
31-40 players - 15k rps and 5k bps
41+ players - no bonuses
Buff: Defenders Will ( bonus to defend the relic in a keep , example defending hib relic in Glenlock)
DW3- 1-20 players ---50% rps bonus during defense. Upon successful defense award 50k bps. Allow a quest from Lord for 100% bps potion upon success.
DW2- 21-30 players --- 25% increase in rps. 25k bps upon successful defense. Quest for 25% bps pot.
DW3- 31+ players --- no bonus
Buff: Power Lust ( if you own more then 2 relics these buffs will be given to attackers for a relic keep, example Glenlock)
3 relics owned - enemy players will do 50% more damage with siege weapons veruses keep and players. Enemy players weapon will hit doors with Bruiser buff (1h)
4 relics owned - enemy players will do 100% more damage with siege weapons veruses keep and players. Enemy players weapons will hit doors with player siege buff and 2h bruiser damage combined.
5-6 relics owned - enemy players will do 200% more damage with siege weapons veruses keep and players. Enemy players will do 2x the damage as previous buff with the addition of a 50% celerity buff.
Also, All keep repairs will cost 10x the original amount and take 5min per repair.

in a 1 part quest line of instant reward this would totally be exploitable - whilst i don't think exploiting it should deter ideas. something like this could be done in a multi part quest line. However doing this you will always have ppl that forget to get quests and feel ript off from all teh effort but it does prevent those realm hopping at the 12th hour to get the reward.
