Its there an overall cap to +rps bonus? also is there a cap per type of bonus like from; items, myths, mino relics, guild buff, potions, server bonus, etc.? if so what are they?
No RPS cap that I'm aware of, though only so much will show in your window (I think there are two kinds and one doesn't show), but if you get rps and do the calculations on bonus from artifact, it will be there.
