Old Timer Percival/Guinevere Player Cannot find characters

it seems like the guide on the site says that if the characters remained inactive, they could be found on their archived server and mvoe to one of the new ones. my problem is those servers, as well as all the others contain no characters

Is it possible that you had several accounts, and the characters you are looking for are on a different account? If this may be the case and you need assistance to locate the correct account, please send an email with a brief description to our Account Support Team: support@darkageofcamelot.com
If you never had another account, you can open an ingame appeal. Make it an Emergency Appeal, and list the names, classes + level of the missing toons, or send me a direct message here on the forums with this information and your account name (just the name, not the password - never give your password to anyone)!
