My main server is Pendragon but play on reg servers also.. But... Why on Pendragon we have a max plat of 200 and RR 5????? What happen to RR13

My guess would be because it's a test server and not meant to be populated past testing for incoming patches. In my opinion it wouldn't make sense to incite players to spend more time on the isolated test server than on the Ywain servers.

There are plenty of other options available to them should they seek not to participate in RVR that don't include isolating themselves from the live servers.
