Guild ranks

There needs to be a way to remove a co GM from a guild. Had a player accidentally get rank 0 and won’t leave the guild. Is there any way to get a rank 0 out of my guild? This person is threatening to kick everyone out even though they moved guilds except 1 toon just for pure spite. Any help would be appreciated

    Also this person is threatening to remove everyone out of the guild that isn’t a rank 0

    As Customer Support does not interfere with guild rosters, this is something you will have to resolve yourself as a guild. I understand that this is not what you were hoping for, but guild internals and politics are something that Customer Support does not get involved with. Guild ranks and rank holders are the sole responsibility of a guild.
