    so you qq people macro styles to make things easier, and then make a post about how its to difficult for you to look up at your buffs to see if your ns'd and need some extra programs to help ?

    didnt watch the whole 10 minutes, just fast forward thru it - but the symbols in the centre of the screen are just fancy video editting.

    yes you (could) do large effects like NS, Disease and Mezz if you wanted to - for yourself or your group member. Most UI's have this as part of their healer helper - but you could make a stand alone window with super large icons.
