Valk Template 121 Strength/111 Dexterity /w Cloak Optional
This is an attempt on trying to make a valk template with stat caps. You can use either the Stalwart Cloak or Class Loyalty Cloak. Only problem is the AF is low, but you can raise it while defending with the Shield of Anarchy. Heal Bonus is 17% but if you switch to the Drakulv Fated Hammer to heal you have 22% bonus. I would prefer another Adept Ring instead of the Dueling Ring but I needed higher quickness.

That is the other template I was comparing it too. When I listen on discord to people, they say valk templates are the hardest to make that its hard to get stat caps and fit in everything. I've spent literally hours and days using different combinations of items, and there is really only one way to get stat caps with the loss of AF.
