Asked around, apparently it's an old bug and I need to perform a skill respec to get it realigned to charge 4 at 49.5

Seems it works now, just for science I was able to accept another quest before deleting 3 and going into check king again. So maybe a bit from column A+B. Thanks for the help, I'll likely delete this tonight.
