Account Recovery
I know others have had some success with getting account access restored after posting here, so I figured I'd give it a go...
I first sent an email on May 26 but was from a Microsoft account, so I guess nothing was received. Once I learned of that issue, I sent a new email from a gmail account on June 3 and did get the automated response requesting information. I filled out the form and provided all of the information I had. I sent a follow-up email on Jun 30. Other than the automatic reply, I've not heard anything. I get that response times are "slower than normal" but several months is just crazy, particularly for a game that could use the population.
Anyway, I am 99% sure I have the correct account and password. When I attempt to login I get an "Account terminated" error. If I use any other password, I get an error that says the account\password is invalid.
