Group Skald Template (Updated)

I welcome all constructive feedback and thoughts on improvement. I'm running a L50 Troll Skald (50BS | 39 Hammer | 18 Parry. With the +3 endurance regen, I can sprint forever without losing endurance. 2-H Hammer Spec. Not much need for Parry or Dex really, from what I've experienced so far (only RR3.6 currently).
