Good morning. Although the procedure gives a positive result when I check with / checkappeal, the reply is almost always that there are no active appeals. Even the rare times that the control gives a positive result, the appeal is canceled the following day and is no longer active. Tried several times with quests.

If an appeal is no longer active, that means it has been resolved, or cancelled by the user (you get a popup when you have an active appeal - not a violation appeal - every time you log in or zone that asks you to confirm the appeal, if you don't confirm it, it's cancelled). So if your appeal is no longer there and you did not cancel it, it has most likely been replied to via email. Please check the inbox and spam folder of the email associated to your game account for the reply!
