Endless Conquest & Lvl 50 Kings gear

So came back last week, dinged 50 on my Skald tonight. I went into the kings room, got the omni potions and the (Journey) Continuation quest. But the King won't stop blabbing about checking respecs to issue that lvl 50 armor. Or am I wrong than Kings gear set is one of them things unavailable to Endless Conquest players?

    Check your quest journal. If it is full you won't be presented with more quests.

    Seems it works now, just for science I was able to accept another quest before deleting 3 and going into check king again. So maybe a bit from column A+B.

    Thanks for the help, I'll likely delete this tonight.
