    Composite spec is weapon spec + skill + RR, that sum should equate 51.

    Example, I'm R5 (so +4 to skills). I have +11 to melee skills in my template. I want to use thurst Polearms. Therefore, I should be

    50 Polearm
    42 shield
    36 Thrust (36+11+4 = 51)
    20 parry

    As you get Realm rank, you can lower your thrust spec to raise parry, while keeping the composite thrust at 51.
