glacier giant's trophy (and remains)

good morning, i want the glacier giant's trophy on every realm.
does the glacier giant drop remains?
i killed it one time but i haven't dropped its remains. @beibhinn wrote that the remains have always been in the glacier giant's loot table.
no one, on any server, has ever dropped them in years. so, is it supposed to drop or not? if yes, is the loot table broken or is the glacier giant set with a small chance to drop?
this would be an uncommon situation, as every mob that has remains, drops them every time you kill it, so i'd expect this to happen also with the glacier giant.
it's not easy to find people with 1M bps on the same character AND willing to sell the trophy, i'd like to know what i should do.

Bumping this old thread, because the Glacial Giant was killed NUMEROUS times on Midgard due to the mob being part of the anniversary quest, and to my knowledge, it did NOT drop once.

Lothissi is the only mob I know of that doesn’t drop remains everytime, It drops maybe every 3rd time or so. But GG I have never heard of it dropping for anyone.
